作战篇 NO.2：
不可胜者，守也；可胜者，攻也。
守则不足，攻则有余。
善守者藏于九地之下，善攻者动于九天之上，故能自保而全胜也。
这句啥意思：
敌人无可乘之机，不能被战胜，且防守以待之；敌人有可乘之机，能够被战胜，则出奇攻而取之。
防守是因为我方兵力不足，进攻是因为兵力超过对方。
善于防守的，隐藏自己的兵力如同在深不可测的地下；善于进攻的部队就象从天而降，敌不及防。这样，才能保全自己而获得全胜。
英文这么说：
Security against defeat implies defensive 1 tactics;ability to defeat the enemy means taking the offensive.
Standing 2 on the defensive indicates insufficient 3 strength; attacking, a superabundance of strength.
The general who is skilled in defense 4 hides in the most secret recesses 5 of the earth; he who is skilled in attack flashes forth 6 from the topmost heights of heaven.Thus on the one hand we have ability to protect ourselves;on the other, a victory that is complete.
《善守善攻》
“守则不足，攻则不余。”防守是因为存在不足，需要养精蓄锐，厚积薄发；进攻是因为有过人之处，抓住机遇，一展身手。越王勾践卧薪尝胆十年，采取卑下、保守的姿态正是因为此时抵不过吴国；一旦时机成熟，则进攻，一举拿下吴国，洗脱十年冤屈。因此，孙子又说，“善守者，藏于九地之下；善攻者，动于九天之上。”
1 defensive
adj.防御的；防卫的；防守的
- Their questions about the money put her on the defensive.他们问到钱的问题，使她警觉起来。
- The Government hastily organized defensive measures against the raids.政府急忙布置了防卫措施抵御空袭。
2 standing
n.持续，地位；adj.永久的，不动的，直立的，不流动的
- After the earthquake only a few houses were left standing.地震过后只有几幢房屋还立着。
- They're standing out against any change in the law.他们坚决反对对法律做任何修改。
3 insufficient
adj.(for，of)不足的，不够的
- There was insufficient evidence to convict him.没有足够证据给他定罪。
- In their day scientific knowledge was insufficient to settle the matter.在他们的时代，科学知识还不能足以解决这些问题。
4 defense
n.防御，保卫；[pl.]防务工事；辩护，答辩
- The accused has the right to defense.被告人有权获得辩护。
- The war has impacted the area with military and defense workers.战争使那个地区挤满了军队和防御工程人员。
