Ingredients 原料：
Egg: 鸡蛋
Tomato: 番茄
Green onion/spring onion/scallion: 葱
Wok: 炒锅
Pan: 平底锅
国外很多地方都用电磁炉：
Don't use flame, but use electric stove: 不用明火炉，用电磁炉
How to make it 怎么做：
Beat the egg/whisk the egg: 打鸡蛋
Cut the tomato into chunks: 把番茄切成块
Chunks: 是较大的块，如果是丁就用cubes
Heat the pan with oil/Heat up the oil: 热锅、热油
Put in some scallions: 放入小葱
Stir fry the eggs: 炒鸡蛋
Stir fry the tomato until the juice comes out: 要把番茄炒出汁
