A poor man went into a doctor's office. He looked very sad. "Doctor," he said, "you must help me. I...I swallowed a dime 1 two months ago."
一个可怜的人走进医生的办公室。他看起来很悲伤。“医生，你一定要帮帮我。两个月前，我……我吞下了一枚一角的硬币。”
"Oh, God!" said the doctor. "Why didn't you come to me on the day when you swallowed it?"

"To tell you truth, Doctor," the man replied, "I didn't need it so much then."
