1--Did you hear about what happened to Howard?
2--No, what?
1--Someone stole his car!
2--Really? When did it happen?
1--Last night. He left it parked in front of his
   girl friend's house and when he came out to go
   home, it was gone.
2--Wow! That's really tough. He just bought it last
   month, didn't he?
1--Uh-huh. Fortunately, he's got insurance and the
   police think they already have a good lead.
2--Well, I certainly wish him luck.

停放(车辆)。如:He parked his car over there.
停车场叫parking 2 lot/parking place/parking area等。
2)it was gone=it disappeared/it was missing
3)That's really tough:(口语)不幸的,不愉快的。

5)lead:线索。
6)wish him luck:wish表示祝愿,其后接双宾语。
