美国文化脱口秀 第105期:芝士就是力量!

 　　中国人常说的“芝士”、“奶酪”、“起司”都是来自英语的“cheese”哦！cheese的种类有很多，在超市选购或是餐厅点餐的时候要特别注意，不要不明就里乱点一通点到自己不爱吃的那就太浪费啦！

　　No.1: American cheese 美式芝士 (like in Subway. 就像赛百味里的芝士。 )
　　3. American kids often eat this cheese in their sandwiches too.
　　美国的小孩子也经常在三明治里夹着吃。
　　4. processed cheese 混合干酪
　　5. But it still has milk in it, usually. Should be okay.
　　但里面还是含牛奶的，大部分情况下吧。还过得去。

　　8. But the flavor is stronger than American cheese. 但是味道比美式芝士重。

　　10. It's also kind of white, yellow white color?

　　11. Swiss cheese is a little bit hard, and has holes in it.
　　瑞士芝士有点硬，而且上面有小洞洞的。
　　12. Also Swiss cheese is the kind of cheese you always see in cartoons, that the mouse....
　　而且瑞士芝士是你在卡通片里会常见的，有小老鼠...
　　No.4 Mozarella cheese 马苏里拉芝士 (it's white 是白色的)
　　13. Often just like a piece, just cut it with the knife. 切成薄薄的片。
　　14. Or you can put it on a cracker 2. 或者放在饼干上也行。
　　15. We often eat Cheddar with crackers 3, maybe apples. 我们通常会车打芝士配饼干，或是苹果。
　　No. 5 Parmesan cheese 帕莫森芝士(粉)
　　No. 6 Easy cheese 罐装芝士
　　17. Well, you're supposed to like put it on a cracker or something. Or put it in a sandwich? But some people just put it in their mouths.

　　18. I don't like it, but some people like it. 我不喜欢，但有人喜欢。

　　21. Sometimes it's a little bit brown. 有时候有点棕色的。

　　26. Sometimes it's a little bit bitter right? 有时候有点苦是吧？

　　28. Yeah, I like Gouda, I don't have Edam very often, but it's okay.
