Financial statement(财务报表)＝financial, audit 1(审计)
F: Before we begin to look for money, there are 3 things we have to look at?
M: I mentioned our track record, and we have no large debts.
F: that’s part of it, but we need financial information
M: like what exactly?
F:first we need you financial statement, your income statement(损益表) and cash flow statement.
M: I brough last year’s financial with me.
F: we should have statements for at least 3 years.
M: I can get them easily enough
F: Are they audited 2?
M: of course ,an independent auditor 3 audits 4 our books every year.
