F: right,it’s important to look at the big picture,(注重大局) don’t sweat (worry about)the small stuff.
M: so you encourage risktaking?
F: we thrive on risks, that will give us great results.
Q: How can you gain good results?
A: taking risks.

M: wouldn’t you say you are a result-oriented company?
F: yes,definitely, but we don’t bite off more than we can chew.(不贪多)
M: you like to keep your workload 2 manageable .

M: The smaller the project (is), the sooner( you see )the result.
F: we like to break down large projects into workable chunks 4.
M: what about long-range plans?
F: of course, we have them,but our motto is start slow,work small.(不急于求成)

F: unfortunately, no. what works for one company won't work for another.

F: not at all, each company has a different problem to solve.

M: as an innovator, you must like the challenge.
F: everybody likes to be challenged, we all like to be innovative.

A: challenged and innovative.
