F: I can‘t help it. It makes me feel special, valued and important.
M: you are a salesperson’s dream customers(梦寐以求的顾客)

A: sales resistance.
Dialog 2 2:
F：now you are thinking about what the customer likes.
M: I’m thinking about what you like, and whether you are the norm(代表性事物)
F: let’s find out, let’s do a market test.
M: what kind of market test?
F: let’s outsource some professional 3 shoppers.
M: professional shoppers?
F:Let’s send them in to shop at your store.
M: and they’ll report back on their experience.

Dialog 3:
F: they’ll shop and they’ll do a spot survey(抽样调查).
M: you mean talk to the customers?
F: once a customer has left the store, our professional shoppers will ask them about their shopping experience.

F: it’ll give us an indication(启示), it ‘ll tell us where we need to look further.
M: it’ll tell us how to improve our customer service.
F: it’ll give us an ideal（大致的观点）, we may need to do more research.
