＃1.Receipt
Receipt /r??sit/：收据
这个词的常见错误是p, 和ei的发音。
1）注意，receipt里的p不发音。
Silent: 不发音
2）还有ei, 不发?的音，而是i的音。
注:
Invoice 1: 发票
#2.Debt
Debt: 债务
和receipt的p一样，debt的b也不发音。
Debt正确发音为/d?t/，像：
Net
Wet
Bet

Colleague: 同事
常见错误：把/?k?l ig/，读成 /?k?lig?r/
...gue怎么读?
大家注意，gue在词尾通常发/g/。
比如：
Vogue 2 /vo?g/ ：这本时尚杂志的名字，也常被念错，大家现在知道正确发音了吧！
League /lig/: 联盟

＃1.Mobile
很多朋友会把mobile phone的mobile念成/mo? 'b?l/
注意，mobile的重音在第一个音节m上，不是b上。
Mobile 有两种正确的发音方式：
/?mo? b?l/
/?mo? -bil/
不管你习惯怎么读，重音都在m上。
#2.Process
这个词，很多朋友会读成/pr?'s?s/, 把重音放在c上。
正确发音：
Process /?pr?s ?s/
重音在p, 不是c。
#3.Theory
这个词的重音也在第一个音节:
/?θi ? ri, ?θ??r i/
不是/θi '? ri/
连带说一下“bang”
美音的ang有点儿难发。是个很扁的鼻音(nasal sound)
bang /b??/
不是/b??/
鼻音练习小窍门
Put your finger on the side of your nose and practice: 手指放在鼻翼，练习说bang

#4.Advertizing
这个词音节多，比较复杂。而且美国和英国发音还不同：
美 /'?dv?'ta?z??/
英 /'?dv?ta?z??]/
如果觉得实在难念，Jenny建议大家用这两个词替代
Ad: 广告 （advertizing/advertisement的缩写，native speaker口语中也常用简化版)
Commercial: 广告 (名词, 美语很常用)
但是，如果你是从事广告行业的，以上捷径行不通；
介绍自己工作时，还得老老实实说：
I work in advertizing: 我是做广告工作的

Steak：牛排
发音是 /ste?k/, 不是/st?k/
Steak里“eak”的发音和
Cake
Take
Make的ake发音一样
其实确实有一个词“stake”，发音和steak完全一样, 但意思截然不同。
Stake: 利害关系
The stakes are high: 情况很严峻
#6.Flour
Flour: 面粉
它的发音和flower一样
/fla??r/
#7.Suite 6
Suite/swit/: 套房
记住：
“套房”的发音和sweet(糖)一样，不是suit(西装)
#8.Towel
Towel: 毛巾
发音/?ta? ?l, ta?l/，不是/?ta? ?r/
After a shower, you need a towel: 洗完澡，要毛巾
“自拍”你读对了吗？
＃9.Selfie
Selfie: 自拍
发音是/?s?l fi/
不是/?s?l??fa?/或者/?s?l??f?? /
"fie" 发/fi/，不是/a?/或者/??/。

n.时髦，时尚；adj.流行的
- Flowery carpets became the vogue.花卉地毯变成了时髦货。
- Short hair came back into vogue about ten years ago.大约十年前短发又开始流行起来了。
n.音节；vt.分音节
- You put too much emphasis on the last syllable.你把最后一个音节读得太重。
- The stress on the last syllable is light.最后一个音节是轻音节。
n.颤动，振动；摆动
- There is so much vibration on a ship that one cannot write.船上的震动大得使人无法书写。
- The vibration of the window woke me up.窗子的震动把我惊醒了。
n.广告业；广告活动 a.广告的；广告业务的
