Jack 1, a smart businessman, talks to his son.
杰克是个很精明的商人，他找儿子谈话。
Jack: "I want you to marry a girl of my choice."
杰克：“我想让你娶一个我选的姑娘。”
Son: "I will choose my own bride."
儿子：“我想要自己选新娘。”
Jack: "But the girl is Bill Gates's daughter."
杰克：“可是这姑娘是比尔·盖茨的女儿。”
Son: "Well, in that case..."
儿子：“哦，如果是这样的话……”
Next Jack approaches Bill Gates.
接着，杰克又去找比尔·盖茨。
Jack: "I have a husband for your daughter."
杰克：“我帮你的女儿选了一个老公。”
Bill Gates: "But my daughter is too young to marry."
比尔·盖茨：“可是我女儿还年轻，还不想结婚呢。”
Jack: "But this young man is a vice-president of the World Bank."
杰克：“可是这个年轻人是世界银行的副总裁。”
Bill Gates: "Ah, in that case..."
比尔·盖茨：“啊，如果是这样的话……”
Finally Jack goes to see the president of the World Bank.
最后杰克去见了世界银行的总裁。
Jack: "I have a young man to be recommended 2 as a vice-president."
杰克：“我给你推荐一个年轻人作副总裁。”
President: "But I already have more vice-president than I need."
总裁：“可是我的副总裁已经太多了。”
Jack: "But his young man is Bill Gates's son-in-law."
杰克：“可是这个年轻人是比尔·盖茨的女婿。”
President: "Ah, in that case..."
总裁：“啊，如果是这样的话……”
