英语中有很多缩写，我们常常会用到，但这些缩写的读法却常被搞错，赶快听听Jenny和Adam来告诉你常见英语缩写的正确读法。
缩写英语怎么说？
Abbreviations: 缩写
最常说错的缩写：App
App: 是application的缩写。
错误读法：a-p-p
正确读法：/?p/，
常见英语缩写怎么念?
UGG:
错误读法：u-g-g
正确读法：/'?ɡ/，就是ugly的前半部分
PPT:
错误读法：p-p-t
正确读法：可以用slides/sla?d/或者PowerPoint/'pau?p?int/
常用短语缩写
ASAP: As soon as possible
以前大家也会说：ASAP
但现在大家会连读ASAP [ay-sap]
两种读法都可以。
BTW: By the way
书面表达是BTW，但是口语一般会读出来：by the way。
FYI: For your information
书面和口语都是：F-Y-I
转发邮件的时候常用到，表示给对方看一下。
FAQ: Frequently asked questions 常见问题
有人可能会连读，但一般还是F-A-Q读字母就可以了。

怎么读：P-S直接读字母就可以啦。
Etc: 等等
错误读法: e-t-c
正确读法: /?t's?t?r?,/
e.g.: For example的拉丁语
正确读法: 直接说e-g
注意：口语里不要用e.g.，直接说for example才正确。
i.e.: in essence, 就是说……意思就是……
正确读法: 直接说i-e
正确用法：After work, I’ll walk over to that new sports arena 2, i.e., Thunderdome. 下班后，我走去了那个新的运动场，就是Thunderdome。
V.S.: versus 3 对抗
虽然这个词的读音是/'v?s?s/，但口语中却不该这么念：
正确读法: v-s或者v/vi/
RSVP: 其实是法语Répondez s'il vous pla?t，意思是"Please respond"
正确读法：r-s-v-p
正确用法：Please RSVP by Feb.5th.
