The governor of North Carolina says the bodies of 2 more victims of Hurricane Matthew have been found. The storm killed at least 38 people in the US, more than half of them in North Carolina.
And powerful wind and rain are expected in western Oregan and Washinton on Friday. Wind gusts 4 could reach 65 miles per hour in some coastal 5 areas.
