Columbian voters rejected a peace deal with FARC rebels by a razor-thin margin 1 in a national referendum Sunday. Final results show that 50.2% opposed the accord with FARC while 49.8% favored it.

And Toyota unveiled a new talking robot, Kirobo Mini. The robot, valued at 390 dollars, is 4 inches tall and reportedly has the intelligence of a 5-year-old.
