    Joey falls while jumping on the bed and dislocates his arm. Monica tries to stay busy to keep her mind off Richard. First, she makes a lot of jam, which Joey loves. Second, she begins screen sperm 1 donors--and runs into Joey's file. Phoebe is followed by her sister's stalker (Malcolm)... then starts dating him. Chandler seeks advice on relationships from Rachel and Ross. Ross secretly tells him about the "hug and roll"--a maneuver 2 designed to end the cuddling and give you some space. Chandler tries it out but ends up dumping Janice on the floor.

    现在果酱的品种已超过20种。不过最受欢迎的是草莓果酱(sarawberry jam)，其次是葡萄果酱、红黑莓果酱、杏酱、桃酱、黑莓酱。大人小孩都喜欢果酱，对它的消费量也很大，一般家中都会备有两种口味的果酱，好比我们的调味酱一样。其实，果酱不仅口味好，还有助于健康，因为它卡路里低，不含脂肪，还能迅速增加能量。怪不得Joey那么爱吃呢!
