Mr. Morrow was a very absent-minded man. Once he was reading earnestly on a train when the conductor asked him to show his ticket. Frantically 1 Mr. Morrow searched for it.
莫罗先生是个心不在焉的人。一次他在火车上专心地看书，列车长让他出示车票。他就开始手忙脚乱地找。
"Never mind, Mr. Morrow," the conductor said. "When you find it, mail it to the company. I'm certain you have it."
“不要紧，莫罗先生。”列车长说，“你找到了，就寄给公司。我敢肯定你有车票。”
"I know I have it," answered Mr. Morrow. "But what I want to know is, when in the world am I going?"
“我知道我有车票。”莫罗先生说，“可是我想知道，我到底要去哪里啊？”
