海盗船
Nick grabbed his bag and looked around for his boat. He didn't know which one was his. There weere only two left at the dock. This one must be it, he thought to himself as he quickly boarded the old ship. He got a new job shrimp 1 fishing and today was his first day.
尼克抓起他的旅行袋，到处找他的船。船坞上只剩两艘船，他不知道哪一艘才是他的。一定是这艘了，他边想便迅速地登上那艘旧船。他找到一份捕虾的新工作，今天则是他第一天出海。
It was a strange looking fishing boat. He didn't see any nets. Nor did he see any fish. He looked up and saw a black flag with a skull 2 on it. "Oh, no!!" thought Nick. "I am on a pirate ship."
这艘渔船看起来怪怪的，他既没有看到渔网也没有看到任何鱼。他抬头一看，结果看到一面印着骷髅的黑旗。哦，天啊！尼克心想，我上海盗船了。
Just then the captain came out. He was an ugly man with only one eye. "So, we have a stowaway," said the captain. "No, I want to be a fisherman," said Nick, "I got on the wrong boat. Please let me off."
就在那时船长出现了，是个丑陋的独眼龙。“看来我们有偷渡客了，”船长说：“你想当海盗吗？”“不， 我想当渔夫，”尼克说：“我上错船了，请饶了我吧。”
"ARRR," said the pirate, "You must walk the plank 3 if you want to get off this boat." Nick didn't know what to do. They were already far out to sea. But he didn't want to be a pirate so he walked to the edge of the plank and jumped.
“呵呵，”船长说“如果你想下船，就从这块板子上走过去。”尼克不晓得该怎么办。他们已经离海岸很远了，可是他又不想当一名海盗；于是他走到板子边缘，纵身跳进海里。
He swam until another boat picked him up and saved his life.
他一直游着，知道别的船只把他救起来才捡回一条命。
