One day, a boss arrived early at work and found his assistant kissing his secretary, He yelled, "Is this what I pay you for?"
The assistant answered, "No, sir, this I do free of charge."

"at work" 通常是指“正在工作中”，但也可以表示“在工作场所”。"find" 除了有“找到”的意思，也可以指“（无意中）发现”，若表示“（经调查、研究）发现的结果”，则通常用"find out"。
