Kathy and Evan are finally on the road.
凯西和艾凡终于上路。
K:Oh, it's so lovely here! Even in the city the streets are so clean and the houses so tidy. There are small parks everywhere!
凯西：哦，这里景色真是美丽！即使在市内，街道很干净，房屋也很整齐。小公园处处可见！
E:It's a lot different from New York; that's for sure!

K:So, where are we going first?

K:No, you didn't mentio n anything. I thought maybe we'd visit your relatives first.

E:No, we're going to see them next week. We have to find a hostel 1 and get settled in first. I picked up a list of hostels 2 at the information desk at the airport. We're on the southwest side of Amsterdam, so we should look for one near here.

E:Oh, good! That's on this side of town according to my map. And since there's a Nassau county on Long Island, we won't feel so far from home.
