Lesson 25 Father and Gorgons
Narrator:Both Sandy and Sue 1 want to watch Top of the Pop on television. Father doesn't want to watch it. He hates pop music.
Father:Which programme 2 do you all want to watch?
Sue:I want to waich Top of the Pops.
Sandy:So do I.
Mother:I do as well,Jim.
Father:All right,all right,I give in.
Sue:It's a new group,dad.
They're called The Gorgons.
They can all paly and sing very well.
Father:That's a matter of opinion.
Sue:How do you like the music,dad?
Father:It sounds trrieble,if you ask me!
And they all look like wild man.
Sue:That's a matther of opinion.
Father:All right,I'll watch them.
But I shan't listen to them.
I can't stand all that noise.
Sandy:Dad's very queit,Sue.
Sue:He's watching the Gorgons and turn into stone!
