M: I’ll meet with Ms.Lucy Anderson ,chief resource officer(资源部主任) of Style Plus
F: Style plus?Aren’t they clothing manufacturers?
M: Yes,they need to change the way they manufacturing clothing.

M: yes, at an old factory, that may be the problem.
F: are they going to outsource the manufacturing ?
M: Maybe, that’ s what I will find out today.

M: Style plus is doing well?(your studies are going well/How are things)
F: Style plus is doing very well. We find our niche.
M: Oh. Niche, we say niche.
F: niche?niche? It doesn’t matter, we understand one another.
M: what is your niche?
F: we manufacture clothing for women?
M: Women?that’s a big niche.
F: Our market niche is women who wear large sizes?
M: so your niche is big women.
F :We prefer to say for women wearing large sizes.(更加得体的方式，西方人不喜欢胖)。

A: Women wearing large sizes.

M: What is your specific problem?
F: Simply, we can not keep pace with(=keep up with) the demand.
M: The market is growing?
F: Yes, retailers 2 want more about our product line.
M: consumer demand is there.
F: but the product isn’t. We need to produce more products more quickly.
M: If you produce more, you could keep pace with the demand.
F: That’s our goal.

A: They can’t keep pace with the demand.
