President Trump 1 says in an interview with CBS News that he told Vladimir Putin to stay out of America's elections. Trump also says he would hold Putin responsible for any further election interference.
FBI Director Christopher Wray says Russia continues using fake news and propaganda to create divisions and sow discords 2 in the United States. Wray says other countries are trying to influence US opinions but Russia has been the most aggressive.
Israel's Parliament has passed the controversial bill that defines the country as the nation-state of the Jewish people. Opponents say the bill marginalizes the country's Arab minority.
And a wildfire has now burned at least 70 square miles east of Portland, Oregon. Authorities found one person dead near a burned out tractor Wednesday.
