A friend and I went to a screening of the movie hamlet at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. I was struck by the beauty of the language, thinking how even today Shakespeare's writing remains 2 powerful 3 and true. Then I heard a young student turn to his friend and say, "There sure were a lot of famous quotes in that movie!"
