看两会学英语：两会中容易弄混的说法

大家都知道全国“两会”指的是全国人民代表大会和中国人民政治协商会议，因为两个会议的性质不同，成员的产生方式不同，所以在很多方面都要使用不同的说法。小编今天就简要为大家总结一下。
全国人民代表大会(the National People's Congress, NPC)是由选举产生的代表(elected deputies/delegates)组成的;中国人民政治协商会议(the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, CPPCC)是由邀请来的各个党派、各方面社会的名流以及各方面界别的代表组成的(invited members from non-CPC political parties, mass organizations and different areas)，是邀请来共同参政议政的。二者是选举和邀请的区别。

* “讨论”政府工作报告(discuss government work report)* 政协委员参政议政(participate in the discussion and the handling of state affairs)*政协会议是“全国政协X届X次会议”(the Xth session of Xth CPPCC National Committee， 比如：今年的中国人民政治协商会议是全国政协十二届四次会议，the Fourth Session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee)
