Explosions happened Wednesday morning at around 7:40 AM, Beijing time, in front the provincial 1 Party Committee office building in Taiyuan, the capital city of north China's Shanxi province.
Police say one person was injured, and two vehicles were damaged. Firefighters and police have rushed to the site, and the area has been cordoned 2 off.
Investigation 3 into the accident is underway. We will bring you updated information in our later bulletin.
