"Fire drill!" cried Dexter.
“消防演习！”德克斯特说。
"Oh, goody," said Carmen.
“哇，太棒了，”卡门说。
"Oh, no," said Fox.
“哦，不，”小狐说。
"Now, single fire," said Miss Moon.
“单回路电器火灾（单人滑道？），”月亮老师说。
"Fire drills are wild!" said Carmen.
“消防演习太疯狂啦！”卡门说。
The class got out of the building in a hurry.
全班迅速撤出教学楼。
Dexter sat on a piece of waxed 1 paper to make himself go even faster.
德克斯特垫着一张蜡纸让自己滑得更快。
"Whee!" said Carmen.
“耶!”卡门说。
"You're next, Fox," said Miss Moon.
“下一个，小狐，”月亮老师说。
Fox looked down.
小狐往下看。
"I don't care for this," he said.
“我不喜欢这个，”他说。
"Go on, Fox," said Miss Moon.
“快点，小狐，”月亮老师说。
But Fox didn't move.
