勇敢的小狐
Fox stepped on one of his skates and went flying.
小狐踏上了一只溜冰鞋并摔了出去。
"Who left that there?" he cried.
“谁把它放这儿的？”他喊道。
And he landed with a bang 1. Mom and Louise came running.
他摔在地上发出巨响，妈妈跟露易丝闻讯赶来。
"I'm dying 2!" cried Fox.
“我要死了！”小狐大喊。
"It's only a scratch," said Mom. "Nothing to worry about."
“只是一点擦伤，”妈妈说，“没什么可担心的。”
"I can't look at all the blood!" cried Fox.
“我都不敢看我流的血！”小狐嚷嚷。
"There's no blood," said Mom.
“没有流血，”妈妈说。
"Don't leave me!" cried Fox.
“不要离开我！”小狐大喊。
Mom and Louise put Fox to bed.
妈妈跟露易丝把小狐扶上床。
"Call Doctor Ed," said Fox. "Before it's too late."
“快喊艾德医生来，”小狐说，“不然一切都太迟了。”
