British Queen Elizabeth extended a very warm welcome to President Xi Jinpin and Madam Peng Liyuan, saying two nations are celebrating a milestone 1 with this visit and they are taking that relationship to ambitious new heights. She said two countries have a strong connection. She also talked about the connection in culture, education and business. She also took time to applaud China for taking so many million people out of poverty. Six million people have been lifted out of poverty. She called this a huge and historic achievement. We're now waiting for President Xi Jinpin to make his remarks.
President Xi Jinpin's finishing his remarks, thanking the British royal family for their hospitality. We heard that closer ties between China and UK, saying we have to seize this opportunity to march hand-in-hand and turn it to a brighter future.
