Into the sunshine, 阳光里，
Full of the light, 全是光，
Leaping and flashing, 跳跃着，闪耀着，
From morn till night! 从早到晚！
Into the moonlight, 月光里，
Whiter than snow, 比雪更白，
Waving so flower-like 当风儿吹起，
When the winds blow! 当风儿吹起，
Into the starlight, 星光里，
Rushing in spray, 急速地喷洒着，
Happy at midnight, 在午夜狂欢，
Happy by day! 在白天狂欢！
Ever in motion, 总在活动中
Blithesome 1 and cheery, 欢乐而愉快的，
Still climbing heavenward, 总是向上攀爬，
Never aweary; 从不知疲倦；
Glad of all weathers, 喜欢所有的天气，
Still seeming best, 看上去总是最佳状态，
Upward or downward, 向上或向下，
Motion, thy rest; 一会儿动，一会儿歇；
Full of a nature 充满性情，
Nothing can tame, 任何东西都不能控制
Changed every moment, 每时每刻都在变化，
Ever the same; 从不墨守成规；
Ceaseless aspiring 2, 不停地追求，
Ceaseless content, 不停地满足，
Darkness or sunshine 黑暗或者是阳光
Thy element; 你的元素；
Glorious fountain! 壮丽的喷泉！
Let my heart be, 让我的内心
Fresh, changeful, constant, 清丽，可变，恒久
