3. Meanwhile, Joe Biden kept reports guessing his potential plans to seek a White House bid in four years after saying Monday night that he runs. On his way to a meeting Tuesday morning, Biden joked that "He is going to announce right now".
4. And a suburban 6 Chicago home famous for its annual Christmas light display has draped this year in10,000 purple lights in symbols, in a tribute to the late pop star Prince.
