1. The search for more people killed in an Oakland warehouse 1 fire has resumed. Work had stopped after the midnight because a wall was leaning inward, posing a safety hazard. The fire erupted during a dance party later Friday night. The death toll 2 has grown to 36. More victim is expected to be found.
2. Nearly a month after Election Day, north Carolina governor Pat McCrory has conceded the race. The move came a hour before one key county was to finish its ballot recount. Democratic attorney general Roy Cooper narrowly won the statewide race.
3. An Georgia man convicted murder after his toddler son died after heart issue has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility for parole. Juror last month convicted Justin Ross Harris malice 3 murder and other charges in the 2014 death of his 22-month old son Cooper.
4. And United Airline express regional jet had a rough landing in San Antonio. The landing gear collapsed 4. The 55 passengers were evacuated 5 safely.
