   A: Check this out!(Check it out!) I just now got a call asking about the TV ad I put in the newspapers.


  A: 告诉你! 我刚刚接到一通询问有关我放在报纸上的那个电视机机出让广告。
  B: You mean somebody's actually interested in that old TV?
  B: 你是说, 真的有人对那部旧电视树有兴趣啊!
  "ad" 是"advertisement" 的简称, 在口语里面常见到。
  "Check this out!" Check it out!也是句常用的句子。当你要告诉别人一件事, 或要对方看一个东西的时候, 就可以用这句话来引起他的注意。当作“告诉你!”时, 用法跟"Guess what?"、"You know what?"、"You know something?"等的用法都差不多, 都是一些没有真正实际的意思的一些类似发语词的句子。
