Fox liked being on traffic patrol.
小狐喜欢当交通巡逻员。
His job was helping 1 folks across the street.

He did it very well. Every day Fox helped an old dog to cross.
他做得很好。每天小狐都会帮助一只老狗过马路。
"Thank you, Fox," said the old dog. "I couldn't do it without you."

One day Fox's friends Dexter and Carmen stopped by his corner.
一天，小狐的朋友德克斯特和卡门经过他值勤的街角。
"What a dumb way to spend your time," said Dexter.
“你过得也太无聊了点吧，” 德克斯特说。
"We are going swimming at the beach," said Carmen.
“我们正准备去海边游泳，” 卡门说。
"That sounds like fun," said Fox.
“听上去很好玩哎，” 小狐说。
"Come with us," said Dexter.
