Lucy says that she doesn't "wear a lot of make-up to work," meaning she doesn't put on a lot of things on her face in order to go to work. 露西“上班的时候不会化太浓的妆”，意思就是她去上班的时候脸上不会抹太多东西。
She just puts "on a little blush and light-colored lipstick 1." 她只“打一点点腮红，涂浅色的口红”。
Blush, "blush," is a pink powder that women put, usually, on their cheeks. 腮红（blush）是一种粉色的粉末，女孩子喜欢把它抹在脸颊上。
That is the place underneath 2 or below your eyes, next to your nose - on either side of your nose, those are your cheeks. 眼睛下方，鼻子两边，这块地方叫作脸颊。
It's a pink powder. Powder is when you take something and you break it up into very small pieces, and it's so small that you can take your hand and the pieces will stick to your hand - they'll be on your hand; this is powder. 腮红是一种粉色的粉末。你拿到一个东西又不小心打碎，碎成很小的碎片，用手拿的话会粘到手上，这样的小碎片就是粉末。
So, blush is a powder that you put on your cheeks, well, women, usually, put on their cheeks. 在这里，腮红是一种涂在脸上的粉末，女孩子们经常把它涂到脸颊上。
