A shower, "shower," cap, "cap," (two words) is a piece of plastic that you put on your head, and it covers your hair. 浴帽（shower cap）是你戴在头上的塑料制品，可以包起头发。
You put it over your hair so your hair does not get wet when you take a shower. 把浴帽包在头发上，洗澡的时候头发就不会湿。
It's called a shower cap. Again, this is something that I do not need. 浴帽，也是我用不上的东西。
Lucy says she doesn't need to "get out her shampoo and conditioner." 露西说她不用“拿洗发水和护发素出来”。
She doesn't need to get out, meaning she doesn't mean to remove it from the medicine cabinet 1. 她不用拿出来，意思是不用从药柜里取出来。
Shampoo, "shampoo," is a liquid soap for your hair. 洗发水（shampoo）是清洗头发的液体清洁剂。
Conditioner, "conditioner," is a liquid that you put on your hair after you shampoo to make your hair soft and nice. 护发素（conditioner）也是一种液体，用完洗发水你可以把护发素涂在头发上，它可以让头发变柔顺。
That's shampoo, which cleans your hair, and conditioner that makes your hair soft, if you have hair. 这是清洗头发的洗发水和让头发柔顺的护发素，前提是你有头发。
