Trump 1 administration officials say they have no clear plan yet on how to reunite parents with children separated at the US-Mexico border. President Trump met with Republican lawmakers on Tuesday and expressed support for two immigration bills currently in Congress.
An Italian coast guard ship has docked with more than five hundred migrants on board. The migrants were rescued in 7 different operations over the past few days.
There is widespread concern in Puerto Rico that temporary roofs on the homes won't survive this year's hurricane season. Thousands of people on the island still have homes covered with blue tarps or plastic sheets. They were installed after hurricane Maria last year.
And a water main broke in Las Vegas on Tuesday, flooding the Mandalay Bay Hotel Convention Center. About a thousand people had to be relocated.
