President Trump 1 met in Singapore with that country's Prime Minister. The President is there for his upcoming summit with North Korea's Kim Jong Un.
North Korean media announced Kim's visit to Singapore. It reported that Kim and Trump will discuss wide-ranging issues, including the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Police in California say a women was kidnapped in San Francisco, but escaped from a car trunk. Police chased the car until it crashed into a light pole, and burst into flames. One person in the car died.
Residents of more than 2000 homes have been ordered to evacuate 2 from a wildfire in Southwest Colorado. The fire north of Durango has burned at least 26 square miles.
