　　With these words, the angry fairy disappeared. 说完这些话，这个怒气冲冲的仙女就消失了。

　　Everyone at the feast 1 was frightened; but the last of the twelve fairies had not yet told what her gift would be. 宴会上的每一个人都吓坏了，但12个仙女中最后一个仙女还没有说出她的礼物是什么。
　　She stood up as soon as the wicked 2 fairy had left, and said, 这个邪恶的仙女一走，她就站了起来，说：
　　"The princess shall not die. A deep sleep will fall upon her, but she will awake at the end of a hundred years." 公主是不会死的，她只会陷入深深的睡眠，100年后，她会醒来。

　　At last she came to the room in the tower of the castle. 最后，她来到了塔上的那个房间。
　　A key was in the door, and when the princess turned it, the door opened. 门上插着钥匙，公主转了一下，门开了。
　　There sat an old woman, busily spinning flax. 里面坐着一个老妇人，她正在忙碌地纺着亚麻。
