LESSON 42 Too clever 第四十二课 聪明过头
Fred came from school the first half-year 弗雷德上半年入学，
As learned 1 as could be, 努力学了很多知识，
And wished to show to all around how smart a boy was he. 他想着向所有人证明自己的聪明才智。
And so at dinner he began,— 所以，吃完饭时，他开始卖弄，——

I will take one, mamma takes one, 那我吃一只，你妈妈吃一只，
The third we leave for you!" 你就吃第三只吧！”
