2. In California, crews continue to shore up the erosion scar on the spillway at the dam Oroville. The good news is the water level is dropping behind the dam. The bad news is more rain is expected later this week. Nearly 200,000 people in downstream remain out of their homes.
3. Heavy wet snow again blanketing New England, less than a week after the biggest storm of the season dumped nearly 20 inches on the region. Authorities in coastal 5 Maine are urging drivers to stay off the roads due to Whiteout conditions.
