1. Friends and family are mourning the loss of Elizabeth Edwards. A friend of the family says Edwards' health rapidly deteriorated 1 over the last few weeks and that her adult daughter and estranged 2 husband John came to be with her. 4. Today marks the 30th anniversary of John Lennon's death. Rolling Stone is releasing the pop star's final interview on the anniversary. Lennon talked to Rolling Stone just three days before he was gunned down outside his New York City apartment building. In the interview, Lennon slammed his critics, saying they want dead heroes, and said he's not interested in being anyone's dead hero.
