1. A federal jury found former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich guilty on just one count of lying to federal agents. The judge says he will declare a mistrial on the 23 remaining counts the jury couldn't agree upon. Federal prosecutors 1 say they are already getting ready for a retrial.
