Law resigned in disgrace as archbishop of Boston in 2002, amid revelations that he and bishops across the country had kept child molesters in parishes for decades.
The MacArthur Foundation announced Wednesday that Sesame Workshop and the International Rescue Committee were joint 11 winners of a 100 million dollar grant. The organizations are developing a joint programme to help educate millions of Syrian refugee children.
