"Whoops," said Dexter.
“哎哟，”德克斯特说。
It was Fox's turn to appear. Suddenly it began to rain.
轮到小狐上场了，可天空突然下起雨来。
Fox's beautiful paper costume 1 fell apart in front of everyone.
小狐漂亮的纸质戏服被雨淋透了。
"What do we do now?" said Carmen.
“现在怎么办？”卡门说。
Put the curtain down!
拉下幕布！
Fox called out to Louise.
小狐朝露易丝喊道，
And Louise pulled with all her might.

The curtain came down.
幕布掉下来了。
"Who turned out the lights?" cried Carmen.
“谁把灯关了？”卡门叫道。
"Where am I?" said Dexter.

"The play was ruined!" cried Fox. "Everything went wrong!"
“毁了！”小狐说，“全毁了！”
The next day Fox heard some folks 2 talking.

"That Fox really knows how to put on a funny show," someone said.
