Firing an Employee解雇员工
HR Manager: Thank you for your hard efforts on behalf of the company. Unfortunately, due to dudget constraints 1, your position is being made redundant 2.

HR Manager: Yes, we offer three months severance.
Employee: How will this be paid out?
