Lucy says that when she's done with her food - when she has finished eating - she takes her plate and her silverware to the sink. 露西说吃饱之后，也就是吃完饭以后，她会把盘子和餐具拿到水池去。
Silverware, "silverware," are the utensils 1 that you eat with. They're the knife, the spoon, and the fork. 餐具（silverware）是用来吃饭的器具，通常包括，餐刀、勺子和叉子。
So, she takes her dirty dishes to the sink where her "roommate has left her breakfast dishes." 她把用过的餐具拿到水池，水池里有她“室友吃早餐留下的盘子”。
So, the roommate, who gets up earlier than Lucy, she has already put her dishes in the sink. 露西的室友起得比她早，她已经把餐具放到水池了。
Lucy says that "Since she makes the coffee" - her roommate makes the coffee - "in the morning," 露西说“早上她煮了咖啡”，她室友煮了咖啡，
Lucy washes "the dishes. It’s a pretty good arrangement," she says. 露西就洗“碗，这个安排很合理。”
An arrangement, "arrangement," is, in this case, like an agreement. 安排（arrangement）在这里像是一个约定。
It's something that two people say yes to, and they agree to do something. 每个人都会同意这个约定，会按照约定做某些事。
In this case, her roommate makes the coffee; Lucy washes the dishes. 在这里，露西的室友煮咖啡，露西洗碗。
In my house, my wife makes the dinner; I wash the dishes. If I don't wash the dishes, I don't get to eat. 在我家，我妻子做晚饭，我洗碗。如果我不洗碗，我就没饭吃了。
