Episode nine is called "Cleaning and Relaxing." 第九课讲的是“清洁与放松”。
Lucy starts by saying that she's "feeling pretty energetic 1," or very energetic. 一开始，露西说她自己“精力很充沛”，或者浑身充满了力量。
Energetic, "energetic," comes from the word energy, "energy." 精力充沛，来源于“精力”这个词。
Energy is the same as power. 也就是能量。
When we say someone is energetic, usually we mean that they have a lot of willingness to do something - they have a lot of energy. 当我们说某人精力充沛时，通常是说他们非常愿意干点什么——有用不完的劲儿。
We also use that expression, she has a lot of energy, 我们也这样表达，说“她精力充沛”，
that means 2 she has a lot of strength to do things - she doesn't get tired very easily. 就是说她干活有的是劲儿——不容易累。
It's the opposite of being tired. 与“累了”的意思相反。
It's to be energetic, like the host of ESLPod.com's courses, very energetic! 就像ESLPod.com的主持人一样，精力满满。
"When I finish my three cookies," Lucy says, that is, when I finish eating my three cookies, I "decide to do a little cleaning," she says. “当我吃完三块饼干”，露西说，意思就是，当我吃完三块饼干，我决定“打扫一下房间”。
So, Lucy takes "out a rag"and starts "dusting the living room." 所以，露西拿出“一块抹布”开始“打扫客厅”。
