By the end of 1996 annual sales exceeded 220 million US dollars. Following significant growth it was decided 1 in 1997 to simplify the operational and trading structure of the Group into divisions under the Fuerst Day Lawson name. The Holding Company, Fuerst Day Lawson Holdings Ltd, provides strategic direction and other services to its subsidiary companies. Its principal subsidiary, Fuerst Day Lawson Ltd, comprises six specialist divisions.
