　　今天我们要讲的美国习惯用语是：icing on the cake. 大家都知道，cake是蛋糕的意思, icing是用来在蛋糕上做点缀的糖霜。如果我们说一件事情是icing on the cake，那就是说好上加好。在中文里也可以说是锦上添花。

　　举个例子吧，老板刚刚通知我，要给我升职提薪。这本来已经是天大的好消息了，不一会儿秘书又过来告诉我，要给我换一件新装修的办公室，还带窗户呢！这就叫 Icing on the cake. Yippee!
