Manning acknowledged leaking diplomatic cables and national security documents to Wikileaks for publication in 2010. Wikileaks' editor Julian Assange said on Twitter last week he would surrender to US authorities if Manning got clemency 2.

And a sinkhole nearly swallowed a truck in a parking lot northeast of Atlanta. Local officials say an old pipe beneath the parking lot apparently 7 rusted 8 away and caved in.
