1. Authorities say 9 people were injured at an Ohio state university when an attacker drove over a curb 1 into pedestrians 2, and then began stabbing people with the butcher knife. The university police officer at the scene, shot and killed the male suspect.
2. A judge in South Carolina says the man accused of killing 3 9 black parishioners at a Charleston church can act as his own attorney in his trial. Dylann Roof is charged with counts, including hate crime and obstruction 4 of religion in connection to the June,2015 attack.
3. Just three days after the death of Fidel Castro, U.S airline has begun service to Havana, Cuba. And U.S flights took office, Cuba continued the mourning period for Castro.
4. And the capitol Christmas tree has arrived, kicking off the holiday celebration in D.C. Coming at 84 year-old and 80-feet, the Engelmann spruce hails all the way from Idaho.
